What this page is
This is a connector overview for the FlowDrive Zoom Marketplace app (often referred to as the GoHighLevel Webinar Connector). It explains install, configuration, and scopes at a high level. It is not a full public API reference — we do not invent endpoints or fake API documentation here.
Overview
The connector links Zoom webinars or meetings with your FlowDrive (marketing / CRM) workflow so you can use Zoom registration and related webinar activity alongside funnels, contacts, and follow-up messaging available in FlowDrive.
Typical outcomes after connecting:
- Authorize FlowDrive to access Zoom resources you choose
- Associate a Zoom webinar or meeting with a campaign or funnel
- Sync or receive registration / attendance-related data into your FlowDrive contacts or workflows (as configured)
Prerequisites
- An active FlowDrive account at flowdrive.io
- A Zoom account with permission to install Marketplace apps (admin approval may be required on enterprise Zoom accounts)
- A webinar or meeting you want to connect
Install (Zoom Marketplace)
- Open the FlowDrive / GoHighLevel Webinar Connector listing on the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Install (or Add / Authorize, depending on Zoom’s UI)
- Review the requested permissions (scopes) and approve
- Complete any in-app link back to FlowDrive to finish account association
- Confirm the app appears under Zoom → App Marketplace → Installed Apps
Exact button labels may vary as Zoom updates Marketplace UI.
Configure in FlowDrive
- Sign in to FlowDrive
- Open the integrations or Zoom / webinar settings area for your account
- Select the Zoom account connection authorized in the previous step
- Choose the webinar or meeting to associate with your funnel, campaign, or workflow
- Save and run a test registration if available, or verify that new Zoom registrants appear as expected in FlowDrive
If you do not see Zoom settings in your workspace, your plan may not include the connector yet — contact support@flowdrive.io (editable placeholder).
Scopes (high-level)
At authorization time, Zoom will show the specific OAuth scopes the app requests. In general, a webinar connector may request access to:
- User or account identity needed to know which Zoom user installed the app
- Webinar and/or meeting metadata (titles, schedules, IDs)
- Registration or participant-related data required to sync leads into FlowDrive
- Webhooks or event subscriptions (if enabled) so FlowDrive can react to registration or status changes
We request only what is needed to operate the connector. Always review the live consent screen in Zoom — that list is authoritative. This page intentionally does not invent a fake scope inventory or API path list.
Data & privacy
Data exchanged through the connector is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You remain responsible for lawful collection of registrant information and for Zoom’s terms as they apply to your account.
Troubleshooting
- Install blocked: ask a Zoom admin to approve the app for your organization
- No webinars listed: confirm you are signed into the correct Zoom account and that webinars exist / are visible to that user
- Registrants not syncing: re-check the linked webinar ID, reconnect OAuth, and verify webhooks or sync settings if offered in FlowDrive
- Still stuck: see Support
Uninstall
Remove the app from Zoom App Marketplace → Installed Apps, and disconnect the integration inside FlowDrive if a disconnect control is available. Revoking Zoom authorization stops further API access from that Zoom account.
