This Privacy Policy describes how FlowDrive (“FlowDrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our marketing and sales platform and related services available at flowdrive.io (the “Services”), including integrations such as our Zoom Marketplace app (GoHighLevel Webinar Connector / Zoom integration).

1. Who we are

FlowDrive provides a marketing and sales platform that may include funnels, CRM, messaging, booking, reviews, courses, invoicing, and related tools. 2. Roles: controller and processor

Depending on the context, FlowDrive may act as a data controller or a data processor:

• Controller: We determine the purposes and means of processing for account registration data, billing contacts, website analytics on flowdrive.io, marketing communications we send about our own products, and support communications with you as a customer or prospect.
• Processor: When you use the Services to store or process information about your own customers, leads, webinar attendees, or end users (“Customer Content”), you are typically the controller and we process that data on your instructions to provide the Services.

If you are an end user of a FlowDrive customer (for example, you registered for a webinar run by a FlowDrive customer), please contact that business about how they use your data. We process Customer Content under their instructions.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account and contact data

• Name, email address, phone number, company name, and role
• Login credentials and authentication metadata (e.g., session tokens)
• Billing and payment-related information processed via our payment providers
• Support tickets, chat, and email correspondence

3.2 Customer Content

Content you or your users upload or generate in the Services, which may include contact lists, CRM records, message history, booking details, funnel submissions, course progress, invoices, webinar registration data, and configuration for third-party integrations (including Zoom-related settings such as meeting or webinar identifiers you connect).

3.3 Usage and technical data

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location
• Log data, feature usage, performance metrics, and diagnostic information
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below)

3.4 Integration data (Zoom and similar)

When you install or authorize a FlowDrive Zoom app, we may receive information necessary to operate the integration, such as OAuth tokens, account or user identifiers from Zoom, meeting/webinar metadata you choose to sync, and registration or attendance data as permitted by Zoom’s APIs and your configuration. We use this data only to provide and improve the integration and related Services.

4. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud
• Process transactions and send transactional notices
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Send product updates and marketing (where permitted; you may opt out of marketing)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
• Analyze usage in aggregate to improve reliability and product design

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where required (for example under UK GDPR / EU GDPR), we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Services); consent (where we ask for it); and legal obligation.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

• Service providers / subprocessors who help us host, store, send email/SMS, process payments, monitor infrastructure, or provide analytics — under contractual obligations to protect data

We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for cross-border transfers.

8. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Content is retained according to your settings and our retention practices; you may delete or export data subject to product capabilities and legal holds. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required, we will present a consent mechanism for non-essential cookies.

11. Your rights

For Customer Content processed on behalf of a FlowDrive customer, contact that customer first; we will assist them as required by our agreements and applicable law.

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
